- The Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex houses a population in excess of 4 - 5 million and is the 7th ranked media market in the U.S. It is also within the top 5 in Sound scan sales. Since the Dallas/Ft. Worth market is so viable it enables the New Music Listening and Record Pool Da' Blues Show to be an effective tool for providing the exposure that can help current or up and coming projects get a jump start for success in the Dallas market and surrounding areas.
Wolf-Dog Productions, LTD is a 4-year-old television/video concept production company. To date Wolf-Dog has produced two award-winning music videos and two television programs have been Nielson rating successful. Of the six "Real Street Blues" which was locally broadcast 4 years, won a NABJ Award in 1999 and the current broadcast product "Da' Blues" is providing to be an even more successful broadcast product.
The focus here on Da' Blues (a thirty-minute exciting insight into the world of Blues) is yesterday Blues Legends and tomorrow's Blues Stars. The goal in creating this program is to educate, entertain, and promote, to out audience great performances and in-depth profiles on past and present Blues performers from all around the country/world. We contend that this broadcast showcase will do for the Blues what CMT did for Young Country and the country music scene in whole. We also want the audience to know and understand the value of promoting and preserving the Blues, America's only true grass root music farm.
Another objective of Da' Blues is to put before the general public (both in business and in government) the rich American treasure known as blues music. Increased international/national exposure for this art form that has given and delivered so much to this world, is the foundation of the television show Da' Blues.
The new class of Bluesmen and women are dynamic, polished musicians with exciting music trends is making a move to take it's rightful place in the radically changing music world.

"Real Street Blues" was broadcast tested on KDFI Channel 27 from July 1997 to October 1997 and average 50 to 100,000 + viewers per week. "Da' Blues" now airs on Channel 21, KTXA and growing in viewer ship. The show is now shot in Deep Ellum where the Texas Blues community calls home. The venue hosting the production is "Blues Cat Blues" ranked one of the best Blues Clubs in the nation and #1 in the Metroplex.
Demographics breakdown: Males 17 to 55 and Females 18 to 54. Estimated income: 60K and up. 40% College grads, 45% business owners, 34% college students.

You have to check this out!
It's a 5-minute video about a brand new tool you can add to your social network page (works now with Facebook and Bebo, and soon MySpace). You just add it to your profile page and your friends can send you a private text message to your cell phone, and you can reply with your cell phone and they'll get it while they're still on your profile page!

I just signed up and I'm getting really excited about this! Imagine being in a position to go back in time and buy stock in Microsoft or IBM before anyone knew who they were - would you? Well, this is kinda like that, except it only costs 6 bucks!
