Non-profit Organization
About me and my business with contact info:
Real Black Men, Inc is a grassroots organization with a mission to strengthen the Black male image and support and encouage Black women. It is our desire to challenge the negative stereotypes associated with Black men as we stand up, step up, and speak up within our communities.

As President of Real Black Men, Inc, we have worked with Martin Luther King III’s Realizing the Dream foundation (Education Initiative) to address issues in Dallas southern-sector schools. We lead diverse organizations (including Moral Courage Foundation, Urban League, and Greater Memorial Baptist Church). We instructed these organizations on a Kaizan system of root cause analysis and took an analytical approach to identifying issues within the school system.

I have personally worked with a variety of national and international social initiatives. I developed, organized, and conducted an international leadership symposium for (post-aparthied) Port Elizabeth South Africa. The symposium was designed to teach leadership styles and decision-making techniques to those members of the South African community previously suppressed by the Arpartheid system.

I've used my skills to build community relations in multi-cultural environments and I have organized, directed, and produced a variety of community programs on both local and international levels. I have written, directed, and produced several community plays to educate multicultural communities about the accomplishments and challenges of African-Americans. The programs were featured in Korea and Japan but they were directed at Department of Defense (military and civilian) populations

As Vice President of African-American Parents for Higher Education, I was instrumental in helping the organization raise funds and get its 501c(3). We provided scholarships to African-American students at Nimitz High School in Irving, TX.
